Be among the first guests to stay in our luxurious, new, 8 bedroom (six bathroom house) located in the prestigious Emerald Island neighborhood. Emerald Island is a gated and walled estate community located just three miles from Disney off of Route 192W. The neighborhood is in a quiet, tranquil area yet only a one minute drive to a grocery store, pharmacy, medical walk in clinic, and many restaurants including Outback Steakhouse and Carrabbas. Emerald Island is less than a 3 mile drive to Disney! This home has been professionally custom designed throughout with over 3900 sq. ft. of space. There are 8 spacious bedrooms designed for the most discerning guests, who simply want the utmost comfort and style! The house offers 3 Master Bedrooms, all with king-size beds and en suite bathrooms. Each master bedroom offers a 27inch tv, vcr and cable. Our house was designed with families in mind. This stunning home will have a South facing deck and a huge pool including a large swimming area, and a heated spa. The swimming pool and spa also have fiber optic lighting for your own private "light show!" Surrounding the pool is a large deck area equipped with a gas barbecue grill, a covered lanai, and plenty of lounge chairs. The deck area also has a table and chairs for outdoor dining. Child safe pool fences and door alarms are provided for safety. Your family will also enjoy the other areas in the home including a large family room, a games room in the garage, dining room, and fully-equipped kitchen. The family room offers a big screen TV, vcr, dvd player, stereo and Sony Playstation 2. The games room offers a pool table and air hockey table. For those who enjoy surfing the web or . need to catch up on work. After traveling with young children many times, we understand how stressful it can be to travel without all of the equipment that you have at home. With that in mind, we have tried to provide everything that a family with a young child might need. If we are missing something that you desire, please contact us and we can try to honor your request. Included in your rental price are: _Two portable cribs _ Two high chairs _Fisher Price Musical Bouncer Seat _Baby Bathtub, _Toddler bed rail, _Gates for the top and bottom of the stairs _Strollers (one single stroller and one double stroller). The entire house offers air conditioning and heat for your comfort. All linens and towels are provided free of charge. Each bathroom is furnished with a wall mounted hair dryer. There is a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board on the first floor. This villa is non-smoking however, ash trays are provided on the patio, for your use. No pets allowed. Pool heating is available upon request. We have a 24 hour management company in case you encounter any problems with your stay. Further, we are fully licensed and registered with state and county officials. Our home is maintained with cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and pool services regularly. Rates in US Funds High Seasons and Holidays will only take a 7 night minimum booking or more. (Saturday to Saturday for a 7 night booking) Pool Heat Costs Per Week: ($175/7 nights) or $25.00 per night. How Many Nights Before A Cleaning fee is charged: 6 Nights or Less No charge for 7 night bookings Cleaning Fee: $125.00 Cancellations and Refunds: Deposits are non refundable unless we can rebook our homes dates. You can also use your deposit to rebook new vacation dates Deposits: $250.00 deposit will hold your vacation home $500.00 Security Deposit due upon arrival No Pets No Smoking 12% tax Number of Days the Balance is Due Before Arrival Date: 60 Days Minimum Stay: Low Season: Minimum Stay: 5 Nights all within the same week. Cannot block a two week booking with a 5 night stay.
